Who we are
La Force Signals (LFS) is a business of La Force International, based in Dallas, Texas. La Force International is responsible for the personal data collected on this site.

Data we collect
What you enter in the briefing request form: your name, work email, organization, role, organization type, the topics you are interested in and the question you want answered.
Our hosting provider also processes basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
To reply to your request, to arrange a call and to prepare a proposal for the brief that answers your question. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in replying to you.
Who helps us
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and counts visits. Attio holds our contact records. Microsoft 365 runs our mailboxes.
Some of these providers store data in the United States. They process it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep briefing requests for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent or object to how we use it. Write to briefings@lfs-global.com and we will reply within 30 days.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
